What are your pieces made of?
Each page names the material and the tone. A gold tone or silver tone is a color only, and we never call a piece real gold or silver.
Can I wear them in water?
Please take pieces off to swim, shower or sleep, and keep them dry.
How do I care for a piece?
Keep it dry, wipe with a soft cloth, and store it apart from other jewelry.
Choosing
How do I pick a length?
Use our charm guide. It shows how common lengths sit.
Does the bracelet adjust?
Yes. The link chain bracelet closes with a lobster clasp and has an adjustable length, so you can set it to suit your wrist.
Final sale and claims
Can I return my order?
All sales are final, so we cannot take items back for a change of mind. Please check the month, tone and length on the product page before you order.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us your order number and a photo within 3 days of delivery. We send a replacement or store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it has not shipped. We refund you in full.

How much is shipping?
Free on US orders of $35 or more. Below $35 it is a flat $4.95.
Where do you ship?
We happily ship all across the USA.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
